  1. Add the blended scotch, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with the Islay single malt scotch.

  5. Honey-ginger syrup: Combine 1 cup honey, 1 6-inch piece of peeled and thinly sliced ginger and 1 cup water in a saucepan over high heat, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer 5 minutes. Place in the refrigerator to steep overnight. Strain with a cheesecloth

  1. Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker.
  2. Add bourbon, simple syrup, mint leaves and ice, and shake until well-chilled.

  1. In an old-fashioned glass place sugar and shake 2-3 dashes of bitters onto the sugar
  2. Muddle the bitters and sugar well
  3. Swirl this mixture around in the glass
  4. Place raspberries and cherry in the bottom of the glass and lightly muddle
  5. Add a large ice cube to the glass
  6. Slowly pour whiskey over the ice.

  1. Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe, discarding any excess, and set aside
  2. In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube, water and the Peychaud’s and Angostura bitters
  3. Add the rye and cognac, fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled
  4. Strain into the prepared glass
  5. Twist the lemon peel over the drink’s surface to express the peel’s oils, then garnish with the peel.

  1. In cocktail shaker, muddle together the ginger, and one round of lime
  2. Add in the basil and muddle until the basil leaves are wilted

  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the cocktail is very cold - about 15 seconds
  5. Pour into a chilled coupe cocktail glass and garnish with the other lime round

  1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass.
  2. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.
  3. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar syrup, and muddle again to release the lime juice.
  4. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice.
  5. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water.
  6. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired.
  7. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge or lime wheel and a mint sprig

  1. In a Julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves and one strawberry in the simple syrup.
  2. Add the bourbon and mix
  3. Fill glass with ice layering strawberries and mint leaves
  4. (Traditionally use crushed ice and top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome)
  5. Garnish with sprig of mint leaves and bitters

Aromatic Bitters few drops
  1. Combine all ingredients except for the bitters and egg white in a shaker.
  2. Lock the shaker and dry-shake (no ice) for several seconds.
  3. Add egg white and about 4 to 5 ice cubes, then lock the shaker once more. Shake vigorously.
  4. Using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer, pour the contents into a coupe glass.
